General Terms and Conditions

Receipt of your order and payment will be acknowledged in by email, as appropriate.

Personal Angel Card Readings will be given via the Instant message service Windows Live Messenger (MSN), phone, e-mail or via Royal Mail in printed format. A mutually convenient time will be arranged for Personal Angel Card Readings given via the Instant message service Windows Live Messenger (MSN) or phone. Angelic Wisdom and Joanne Tinsley will endeavour to carry out Personal Angel Card Readings within 2 days of receiving your order and payment.

Angelic Wisdom and Joanne Tinsley will endeavour to produce your artwork within 1 week of receiving your order and payment, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date without prior agreement. All artwork will be produced on a "first come, first served" basis.

All artwork is copyright Joanne Tinsley and may not be copied or reproduced in whole or part in any form without permission from Angelic Wisdom and Joanne Tinsley.

Angelic Wisdom and Joanne Tinsley reserve the right to retain copies of any artwork produced and to use them for publicity purposes.
